Like other offers, you have to fulfill certain conditions and perform a series of transactions to get your hands on the cash, but it is well worth it.

Here are the rules:

1. Open a Comerica Checking Account, and
2. Establish a recurring direct deposit of at least $150 per month, within 90 days OR establish recurring ACH payments that total at least $150 per month, within 90 days
3. Activate a Comerica Check Card and make at least 10 purchases totaling $250, within 90 days OR Sign up for Comerica Web Bill Pay® and conduct at least 10 transactions totaling $250, within 90 days.
