Buy a PC, get an XBox
Microsoft is offering a rather sweet deal for college students preparing to go back to school this month.
Students who buy a qualifying Windows 7 PC priced $699 or higher from a Microsoft Store will receive an XBox gaming console.
This Microsoft offer does not cover PCs sold by other retailers – it must be purchased from the Microsoft store. The actual XBox model is an Xbox 360 with 4GB of memory.
High school kids will have to wait out this one as the offer is only available to college students in the United States with a valid and verifiable .edu email address.
The limit is 1 per student and the offer is valid until September 3 or while supplies last.
